Position Summary
The Infor SunSystems Support Consultant is responsible for providing implementation assistance, system configuration, application support, troubleshooting, and consulting services for clients utilizing Infor SunSystems.
The consultant will work directly with finance teams, accounting departments, shared service centers, and hospitality organizations to support mission-critical financial operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
• Provide Level 1, and Level 2 support for Infor SunSystems environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, processing errors, and user inquiries.
• Monitor support queues and meet established service level agreements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
System Configuration
Configure and maintain:
• Business Units
• Ledgers
• Analysis Dimensions
• Security Profiles
• User Access Rights
• Data Entry Configurations
• Financial Reporting Structures
• Ledger Import Processes
• Workflow Processes
Project Participation
• Assist with software implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in system testing and validation.
• Support data conversion activities.
• Deliver end-user training.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
Client Relationship Management
• Build trusted relationships with client finance teams.
• Provide proactive recommendations for system optimization.
• Deliver high-quality support and consulting services.
