NeenOpal is a global AI, data analytics, and cloud consulting firm, and an AWS AI Services Competency Partner (top 1% globally). We're building our outbound demand-generation engine from the ground up and we're looking for the person who wants to own that build, not just inherit it.

This is a demand-generation role, not a closing role. And because we're an AI consulting firm, we expect our demand-gen team to practice what we preach using AI tools fluently and inventively to research, personalize, and scale outreach, without ever losing the human judgment that makes it land. If you're energized by disciplined prospecting, sharp messaging, and the satisfaction of booking meetings that turn into real pipeline and you want to build a function rather than slot into one read on.





What you'll actually do
You'll be the engine that fills NeenOpal's international pipeline, with North America as your primary market and the freedom to support our growing opportunities across other regions as they scale. Your job is to identify the right target accounts, turn them into booked, qualified meetings for our senior consultants and founders, and build the systems that make that repeatable.

Build & own the outbound channel
• Stand up our outbound motion from scratch: target lists, sequences, messaging, cadences, and the playbook others will follow as the team grows.
• Bring AI into the workflow deliberately using LLMs and AI-powered sales tooling to accelerate research, drafting, list-building, and personalization, while keeping quality, accuracy, and the human touch firmly in your control.
• Own CRM hygiene end-to-end (HubSpot) every account, contact, and touch logged, clean, and reportable.
