What You’ll do
What if your workday could take you from an AI project in the morning, to a music collaboration in the afternoon, and a business initiative by evening?

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and highly resourceful Personal Assistant to the CEO who can operate at the intersection of personal, creative, technology and business priorities.

This isn’t a traditional PA role. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand in execution - keeping things moving, connecting the dots, anticipating what’s needed next, and making sure ideas turn into action.
You’ll work across music initiatives, AI & technology projects, Healthify, other business ventures, and personal priorities - often switching gears quickly and figuring things out along the way.

What You’ll Own
• Be the CEO’s execution partner - manage calendars, travel, meetings, priorities and everything inbetween Music: Coordinate with artists, studios, events, collaborations and other creative stakeholders.
• AI × Technology: Support research, explore recent ideas, coordinate projects and drive execution.
• Business:



Work across Healthify and other ventures/projects, helping turn priorities into action.
• Make things happen: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, chase dependencies and drive follow-ups to closure.
• Think, research & prepare: Build briefs, presentations, research notes and meeting prep.
• Handle the unexpected: Manage personal requirements, vendors, events and ad-hoc priorities with speed and discretion.
• Stay two steps ahead: Anticipate requirements, spot gaps and solve problems before they
• become problems.
• Be trusted with the confidential: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Who Would Thrive Here?
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
• Have 2+ years of experience as a PA, EA or in a similar high-ownership role.
• Are exceptionally organised but don’t need everything to come with a playbook.
• Can comfortably move between creative conversations, technology, business
