The Opportunity

We are seeking dynamic, skilled, and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our team in Dombivli-Kalyan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify functional, physical, cognitive, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional requirements.




• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic activities, functional training, task-oriented rehabilitation, and activities of daily living (ADL) training.
• Assess and address difficulties related to mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, cognition, sensory processing, and functional performance.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding home programs, adaptive strategies, injury prevention, and long-term functional independence.
• Recommend and train patients in the appropriate use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment where required.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
