Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, drafting job postings, using various recruitment platforms and social media channels to identify talent,



and maintaining an updated candidate pipeline. The recruiter will coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate assessments, and support offer negotiation in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, tracking hiring metrics, and collaborating with HR and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
