The Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Content & Strategy Head to own the brand's
content vision, strategy, and execution across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing the overall content and brand strategy, shaping the brand
narrative, managing content creation, ensuring brand consistency, and leading writers,
designers, and content creators to deliver engaging and impactful content that supports




business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and own the comprehensive brand content and strategy roadmap aligned with
the brand vision, marketing, and business goals.
• Lead the creation of high-quality content across websites, blogs, social media, email
marketing, video scripts, marketing collateral, and other communication channels.
• Partner with Brand, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, PR, and Product
teams to build integrated brand campaigns and consumer-facing communication.
• Own the brand voice, tone, narrative, positioning, and messaging framework, ensuring
consistency across all platforms and consumer touchpoints.
• Oversee content production, editing, proofreading, and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and
audience behavior.
