Role overview
LexiConn builds and runs content operations for enterprise clients. This is a client-deployed role: you will work on-site as part of a dedicated content team for a leading global electrical equipment brand, managing its low-voltage switchgear product website of 500-600 pages.
You will own the content workflow end to end: taking inputs from product and marketing teams, publishing accurate pages on the CMS, implementing SEO changes and keeping the site consistent. You will also guide a Junior Content Author.

Key responsibilities
• Own the content workflow for a 500-600 page product website.
• Manage content tasks in Jira: raise, prioritize, track and close tickets.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Marcom, Customer Experience,



Service, the internal creative team and the external SEO agency.
• Edit and structure content supplied by internal teams into explicit, accurate product pages.
• Publish and update product pages on Builder.io.
• Check specifications, ratings and technical terms for accuracy; clarify doubts with product owners before publishing.
• Maintain uniform structure, terminology, tone and formatting across product pages.
• Implement SEO updates: meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and other on-page changes recommended by the SEO agency.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to speed up editing, consistency checks and metadata, and review every output before it goes live.
• Maintain a content style sheet, page templates and a change log.
• Guide, review and mentor the Junior Content Author.
