About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, curious, and willing to learn.
You will work closely with our Business Development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, connect with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and support the sales process.
This is a hands-on B2B business development role, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector.

What You Will Do

1. Lead Generation & Business Development




• Research companies and identify potential corporate clients.
• Find and build contact lists of HR, L&D;, Sales, and Business Heads.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals, and online research.
• Reach out to prospects and introduce TMIe2E Academy's solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and help schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the lead and opportunity tracker.

2. Client & Sales Support
• Coordinate client calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Understand client training requirements and document key points.
• Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and capability decks.
• Follow up on proposals and ongoing discussions.
• Join client meetings and business discussions when required.

3. BFSI Research
• Learn about the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry.
