NORIX is looking for an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare business.
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or a related healthcare sales field.
Key Responsibilities• Drive sales of NORIX medical devices and healthcare products.
• Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare institutions, distributors, and dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Develop and manage the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer support.




• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Travel as required for customer visits and business development.

Candidate Profile• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare/medical sales and customer handling.
• Existing relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
