Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Sangli. The Salesperson will focus on identifying and qualifying leads,



presenting We Media’s social media, branding, and event management services, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations; managing a sales pipeline; preparing proposals and quotations; and negotiating contracts aligned with client needs and company goals. The role involves close collaboration with the strategy and creative teams to ensure accurate representation of services and smooth onboarding of new clients. The Salesperson will also track performance metrics, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales forecasts and growth initiatives.
