As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Manager - FP&A; & Business Finance to partner with our Finance leadership team and drive strategic planning, business insights, and finance transformation initiatives.

About the Role

This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the SVP Finance. The position will own two critical areas within our finance function:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
• Finance Systems & Process Automation

You will play a key role in driving financial insights, improving decision-making, automating manual finance processes, and supporting investor and board reporting.

What You'll Do





FP&A; & Business Finance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities and geographies.
• Build and own business-level MIS and performance reporting from ERP data.
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational metrics into financial outcomes.
• Establish and manage a robust FP&A; calendar and governance process.

Finance Transformation & Automation
• Drive automation of complex billing and revenue processes.
• Support ERP and finance system implementations and enhancements.
• Identify and streamline manual, error-prone finance workflows.

Investor & Board Reporting
• Prepare investor and board reporting packs with high attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Drive reporting processes and improve visibility into business performance.

Strategic Business Partnering
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
