Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Analyst – M&A; and Transaction Advisory .

This role is centered on the M&A; and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for market research, business analysis, investor’s connect and learning transaction flows along with the team. Daily responsibilities include developing financial models, performing industry and company research, preparing client presentations and reports, and coordinating with internal and external advisors.





The role also requires collaborating closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality advisory services and maintain strong client relationships.

Core Competencies Required:

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience required in the specific segment.

Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).

Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects

Skill Set: Solid analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
