The role is responsible for providing administrative and transactional support for regulatory and statutory compliance posture across employment-related obligations for the Enterprise (US), while providing ad hoc transactional support to lighter governance and risk initiatives for the India entity. The role acts as a first line of support to track and monitor status mandatory filings, poster postings, training trackers, and other internal compliance documentation to ensure timely completion and compliance. Alongside this, the incumbent supports the smooth execution of GRC engagements through timely follow-ups and reporting, and contributes to strengthening internal compliance processes through ad-hoc initiatives.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Provides support in overseeing compliance with regulatory posting obligations, ensuring accurate and timely display of regulatory posters across applicable locations and confirming postings remain current and compliant with applicable regulation.
- Supports Focus Training Tracking, monitoring completion of mandatory compliance training and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Manages Labour Poster Delivery Tracking, coordinating distribution and confirming receipt across applicable office locations.
- Owns SOP Centralization and Upkeep, maintaining a single, current repository of enterprise SOPs and ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Coordinates Enterprise SOP Attestation, driving the periodic attestation cycle across the organization and tracking completion.
- Jointly monitors the HR Compliance Mailbox, ensuring timely triage and response to incoming compliance queries in coordination with other team members.
- Provides transactional support for GRC engagements, including handling transactional activities, tracking follow-ups, and assisting with reporting.
- Participates in cross-functional implementation of compliance programs, including support for transaction-level risk analysis within operational areas.
