As Analyst, Human Resources – India, you’ll be a key member of the HR team, serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. This role provides day-to-day HR support across the associate life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, culture and engagement initiatives, and compliance. The HR Generalist partners closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on special projects and to deliver programs that foster engagement, support development, and advance organizational success.
This role is ideal for an early career HR skilled or recent graduate and provides hands-on HR experience, professional growth, and development in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to people leaders and associates on HR policies, performance management, and other employment matters.
- Conduct new hire orientation, support onboarding programs, and perform new hire check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support core HR processes such as annual performance management, talent reviews, culture initiatives, and learning and development offerings.
- Help champion company culture and values. Support engagement, teaming,
and culture activities including surveys, action planning, recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Monitors associate for accuracy and completion in Workday, generate reports, and promotes self-service options. Use data to compile metrics and provide insights to HR leadership.
- Supports HR audits, maintain organizational charts, and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Assists Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver seamless HR support.
- Leads and delivers special projects.
- May conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to identify talent risks and recommend actions
Qualifications & Experience
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Education
Master’s of Business Administration or equivalent degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
Experience
0–1 years of HR experience (internships or HR-related roles preferred)
Technical Skills
Workday and all Microsoft Office tools
Soft Skills & Attributes
- Project management concepts and techniques.
- Able to analyze business problems, define relevant issues, explore alternatives, and develop recommendations and solutions through data analysis.
- Demonstrated process improvement skills.
- Must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of associates and leadership and third-party providers.
