Summary:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Executive to join our Internship Team. This mid-level position will play a key role in leading the planning, coordination, and executing the internship program across the organization. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, technical mentors, and interns to ensure smooth program delivery and consistent performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have experience acting as HRBP in Learning & Development or Training or Talent Development or HR functions complemented by experience in technical background. The role requires maturity, empathy, clarity in communication, and the ability to guide and support interns while maintaining skilled standards and program discipline.

Position Overview:
The Senior Executive – Internship Program will lead the end-to-end internship journey, from onboarding and training to performance evaluation, project allocation, and conversion. The role will coordinate closely with technical teams, mentors, delivery managers,



and interns to ensure effective program execution, engagement, and development. The position will also support continuous program improvement through performance tracking, reporting, stakeholder feedback, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Internship Planning & Execution - Collaborate with delivery teams to gather and validate intern requirements. Assist in planning the internship calendar, onboarding schedules, and training timelines. Oversee operational aspects of training execution, including logistics and participant readiness.
• Collaboration with Technical Team - Interact with subject matter experts to ensure training content and sessions meet program objectives. Collaborate with delivery to identify lead learning partners and technical mentors to facilitate the training for Interns. Support the development and delivery of structured technical and behavioural training programs.
