Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Manager – IT role is based in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT and software solutions, build and maintain relationships with clients,



and develop strategic partnerships in target markets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing input on market trends and competitor activities. The Business Development Manager will work closely with senior leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and help drive sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
• Experience in IT and software solutions, with the ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into clear business value.
