Role DescriptionWe are looking for Technical Support Engineers – Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Pune.
The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support for our software and automation solutions,



including diagnosing and resolving issues related to warehouse management, industrial automation, and connected systems. The role involves responding to customer queries, analyzing system issues, documenting problems, and coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution.
The role also includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with updates and configurations, maintaining support records, contributing to knowledge-base documentation, assisting with user training, and supporting implementation teams during deployments and post-go-live activities.
