About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Bhopal Head Office. This role is suitable for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who has basic knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting principles, GST, TDS and MS Excel.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Accounts & Finance team and gain practical exposure to day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, reconciliations and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Make and maintain accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Assist with sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Record and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Assist in maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Support the team in bank reconciliation and checking bank transactions.




• Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Support basic TDS-related entries, records and documentation.
• Assist in vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing basic MIS and finance reports using MS Excel.
• Support the Accounts team during month-end closing activities.
• Assist in tracking outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, approvals and financial documents.
• Assist senior team members with audit-related documentation and data preparation.
• Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
