Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Prospect for new customers by utilizing cold calls, emails, social media platforms, referrals, digital promotions, and other lead-generation channels.
• Assess customer needs, suggest relevant products or programs, explain offerings through presentations, resolve customer queries, and drive qualified prospects toward conversion.
• Oversee leads from the initial enquiry through the complete sales pipeline by maintaining regular communication, conducting follow-ups, updating CRM information, and facilitating timely conversions.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers by understanding their needs, providing prompt support, and contributing to long-term customer engagement and retention.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, attract relevant prospects, and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Meet designated monthly and quarterly objectives for sales, revenue generation, lead acquisition,



and conversion by implementing organized and result-oriented sales and marketing activities.
• Monitor market developments, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to identify potential markets, customer segments, and areas for business growth.
• Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and other internal departments to coordinate campaigns, resolve customer issues, streamline processes, and support productive sales operations.
• Obtain and evaluate customer feedback, track recurring concerns and objections, identify market expectations, and provide relevant insights to management for enhancing offerings and sales approaches.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of leads, customer interactions, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and campaign outcomes, while preparing periodic performance reports for management.
