Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to support underwriting and portfolio risk management for supply chain finance and working capital lending.
The role involves evaluating borrower profiles, analyzing financials, assessing transaction risks,



and assisting in credit decisioning while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Credit Underwriting Support

• Analyze loan proposals including:
• Invoice discounting
• Trade receivables financing
• Working capital loans
• Review borrower financials (balance sheet, P&L;, cash flows)
• Conduct ratio analysis and assess repayment capacity
• Perform bank statement analysis and cash flow validation
• Prepare credit appraisal notes / memos

2. Risk Assessment
• Evaluate: Borrower risk (SMEs / vendors), Counterparty risk (anchor corporates), Industry and sector risks
• Assess: Debtor ageing, Payment cycles, Concentration risks, Highlight key risks and recommend mitigants

3. Credit Decision Support
• Assist senior team in structuring deals: Credit limits, Tenor, Pricing inputs, Provide data-backed recommendations for approval / rejection
• Ensure documentation and compliance before disbursal
