About the role
Sifr Sophia is looking for Education Counsellors who enjoy speaking with people and helping students make informed learning decisions. You will understand prospective students’ career goals, explain suitable programmes and guide them through the admission process.
Key responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students about programmes, eligibility, fees and learning outcomes.
• Handle enquiries through calls, messages and online meetings.
• Follow up with interested students and support their enrolment journey.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up updates.




• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student questions.
• Support admission goals through clear, accurate and professional communication.
What we’re looking for
• Solid communication and listening skills.
• Confidence in speaking with students and understanding their needs.
• Good organisation and consistent follow-up.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
• Previous counselling, admissions, customer service or sales experience is welcome, but not essential.
