ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Management Trainee, Roundtables & Customised Events, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering customised experiences, leadership roundtables and strategic client engagements from concept to execution.
The role blends project management, client servicing, senior stakeholder engagement, delegate acquisition, content development and event execution.



You'll work closely with clients, partners, senior HR leaders and internal teams to create high-quality experiences that deliver value for both the community and our partners , a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, solving problems and turning ideas into impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Own end-to-end project execution for customised events and roundtables, from initial planning through to delivery, developing project plans, timelines and stakeholder dependencies that keep everything on track.
▪ Build relationships with senior HR leaders and C-suite executives, including CHROs of top companies, inviting them to our exclusive sessions and initiatives.
▪ Manage key accounts end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for partners across client servicing, delegate acquisition and project execution.
