Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s sales growth in the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate current business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, field visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
• Coordinate with the sales,



marketing, service, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on business development and sales performance.

Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
• Interest in the EV/automobile industry is preferred.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
