Maiva is a plant-based nutrition brand from Mumbai, on a mission to make clean, honest, plant-based food an everyday habit for Indian homes.
Our range includes almond and oat milks, plant protein powders, plant-based drinks and cold coffees — and we make our own products, so we control everything from recipe to pack. You'll find Maiva on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, our own website, in modern retail stores, and in cafés across India.

The Role
As Sr Brand & Content Manager, you will be the guardian of the Maiva brand. You'll plan our marketing campaigns, lead our social media content, write the words that sell our products, and make sure every touchpoint — a Reel, a pack,
a product listing, a café menu card, an ad — feels unmistakably Maiva.
This is a hands-on role. You'll plan, write and brief yourself, working with designers, video editors, creators and our performance marketing team. You'll work directly with the founders.

- Own and protect the brand voice and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies and manage the publishing calendar.
- Craft trust-building, ingredient-led, and product-focused storytelling.
- Write detailed influencer briefs ensuring strict brand alignment.
- Direct and brief video editors and graphic designers to maintain visual and narrative consistency.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and run campaigns end to end — product launches, seasonal moments, platform sale events and brand campaigns
