Role Description The Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts in Orchha. This position focuses on generating and growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting the resort’s accommodations, events, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to create tailored packages, ensuring guest needs are met, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to actively represent the resort at local events, trade shows, and industry networks to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in hospitality or resort sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, including prospecting, follow-up, and long-term account development.
• Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts with corporate, leisure, and group clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to manage leads, pipelines, and sales reporting.
