About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organisation’s recruitment function while also overseeing key HR operations.
The role will involve end-to-end recruitment, team management, hiring strategy, stakeholder management and recruitment planning, along with responsibility for employee lifecycle processes and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition – 70%
• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function across legal, corporate, finance, HR, sales, marketing, internships and other business functions.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team, allocating hiring requirements and tracking individual performance.
• Understand manpower requirements from HODs and senior management and develop appropriate hiring strategies.
• Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, social media,



consultants and other recruitment channels.
• Review and improve job descriptions, sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
• Conduct senior-level HR screening and support interview/selection processes.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, salary discussions, negotiations and offer closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios and time-to-hire.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and priority positions.
• Drive campus hiring, internship hiring, lateral hiring and bulk/urgent recruitment, as required.
