Muditam is a rapid-growing consumer diabetes management brand built at the intersection of Ayurveda, Nutrition and Lifestyle.
We are looking for a Head of D2C to take complete ownership of our D2C business and build it into one of the company’s largest growth engines.
This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founders. You will own the business across growth, P&L;, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and team building.
We are looking for someone who wants to build and scale a business, not just manage a function.

The Role- Own the D2C Business
You will own the D2C P&L; and be responsible for revenue growth, contribution margin and overall business performance. You will set growth targets, identify the biggest opportunities and make the right trade-offs across marketing, pricing, products, technology and people.

Drive Growth & Acquisition
Own the overall customer acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels. Work closely with the performance marketing team to scale efficiently, improve creative and audience performance, and continuously identify new growth opportunities.
