We're looking for a Writer / Content Strategist who can think before they write.
Someone who can take a messy brief, find the actual problem, ask the uncomfortable question, find the engaging thought and turn it into an idea people can understand.
This isn't a role for someone who just wants to write copy.
What you'll do• Work across strategy, concepts, campaigns, social and content.
• Turn briefs into transparent problems, insights and creative opportunities.
• Develop ideas independently and take ownership of the thinking.
• Write everything from campaign thoughts and scripts to social copy, decks and pitches.
• Research brands, categories, culture, creators and people to find interesting connections.
• Build ideas that can live beyond one post or one campaign.
• Work closely with creators and understand how an idea changes when a real person has to make it.
• Present and defend your thinking, take feedback and make the work better.
• Help develop junior creatives and contribute to building the creative culture of the team.
• Work fast, but know when a piece of work needs more thinking rather than just more output.
