As we continue to grow our operations and client portfolio internationally, we are expanding our SEO team and seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong agency-side experience.
The Role
You will manage multiple SEO accounts across different industries and markets, taking responsibility for SEO strategy, implementation, performance and reporting.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager and CEO and collaborate closely with our content, development, advertising, creative and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple company/client accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client visibility across traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO). Optimise content,



website structure, entities, authority signals, and citations to improve brand discoverability and mentions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-driven search experiences.
• Carry out technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO audits.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
• Manage Technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals and page performance.
• Create SEO content strategies, keyword mapping and optimisation recommendations.
• Manage off-page SEO, link-building and Local SEO strategies.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Produce skilled monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
