Role Description The Manager – Account & Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records. The manager prepares financial statements, monitors cash flow, supports budgeting and forecasting,



and ensures timely statutory and regulatory compliance relevant to NBFC operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders to support audits, filings, and financial reporting. The role also involves implementing internal controls, optimizing financial processes, supporting management with financial analysis, and leading or mentoring team members in the accounts and finance function.
