Position: Area Sales Manager Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager – MBO Sales is responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned territory by expanding the dealer network, managing relationships with Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. The role involves executing sales strategies, training field teams, and ensuring effective market coverage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales through Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) in the assigned area.
• Expand and nurture the dealer and MBO network through effective onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets across all districts within the assigned area.
• Work closely with the sales team and Senior Area Sales Managers to align execution with business goals.
• Act as a Training Sales Manager by providing regular coaching, product training, and field guidance to the sales team.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quick resolution of customer queries.




• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising across MBO stores.
• Execute marketing plans, sales strategies, and corporate programs effectively across the territory.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and market trends to improve sell-through.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain control over outstanding dues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and actively participate in all scheduled review meetings with accurate data and performance insights.
