? 1. Plant Maintenance Manager
• Manage overall plant maintenance activities
• Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, electrical and utility systems
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team
• Minimize machine downtime and ensure timely maintenance
• Maintain safety and maintenance standards
• Experience: 7–12 Years in plant/machinery maintenance, preferably manufacturing industry

? 2. CNC Operator
• Operate and monitor CNC machines as per production requirements
• Read and understand drawings and measurements
• Ensure accurate cutting, drilling and machining
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Follow machine safety and maintenance procedures
• Create, modify and optimize CNC programs
• Experience: 3–6 Years in CNC operations, preferably furniture/woodworking industry
