Loom Solar is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive - Outbound Sales to drive residential rooftop solar sales under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. The BDE will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their electricity and rooftop requirements, explaining the rooftop solar solution and applicable scheme process, generating qualified opportunities, booking site surveys and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and lead generation

• Lead qualification and customer need assessment

• PM Surya Ghar scheme & solar product explanation

• Customer objection handling and sales pitching

• Site-survey appointment generation and coordination

• Follow-ups and sales conversion

• CRM updates and lead tracking

• Coordination with sales/dealer/installation teams

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales activity targets

• Maintain accurate sales and conversion reports
