Abhinav Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Closing Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue through effective customer conversions and closures.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead, mentor, and manage the closing sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive customer conversions from enquiries and site visits to final booking.
• Handle negotiations and close high-value residential transactions.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion and closure ratios.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance-driven guidance to the team.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and closure reports.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Site teams for seamless customer conversion.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience.





Candidate Profile-

• 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably residential projects.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate market.
• Highly target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
