Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience or solid domain exposure in BPO Insurance business is mandatory. Property & Casualty experience is preferred; Life, Annuities, Retirement or Pensions exposure is desirable.
Note: This role is within Wipro's BPO business and is not an IT role. Candidates with experience in Insurance Presales and Solutioning within the BPO/BPM industry will be considered for this opportunity.
Role Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant at C1 band to support Insurance BPS pursuits across RFP responses, solution documentation, RLS creation, proposal coordination and stakeholder follow-up. The role will work closely with senior solution leaders and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, timely and consistent pursuit deliverables.
Insurance domain experience or meaningful Insurance process exposure is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of RFP, RFI and due diligence responses by collating inputs, drafting content, maintaining response trackers and ensuring timely completion of assigned sections.
• Create and maintain RLS / Role Labour Schedule inputs, resource assumptions and workforce requirement templates in coordination with solution, delivery and finance stakeholders.
• Assist in solution documentation including operating model narratives, process scope, location strategy, transition approach, governance model, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with Finance and pricing teams to gather cost inputs, FTE assumptions, productivity levers, pyramid mix inputs and commercial dependencies required for proposal completion.
