Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students/customers, understanding their academic requirements, explaining our services, following up with leads, and converting genuine enquiries into customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to develop practical experience in sales, business development, customer communication, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




• Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain service offerings, pricing, timelines, and processes clearly.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
• Convert qualified leads into successful orders.
• Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead-conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and customers.
• Coordinate with the academic/operations team for smooth order execution.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals and other channels.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a valuable customer experience.

Daily Key Result Areas (KRA)
• 50–80+ outbound calls per day
• 2+ hours of productive calling/conversation
• Follow up with all assigned leads.
