Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused GM Accounts & Finance to lead the company's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial planning functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least six years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and strong hands-on expertise in statutory filings, internal controls, audits, banking relationships, taxation, and stakeholder management.

The GM A&F; will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making, maintain financial discipline, strengthen governance, and ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning




• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its business and growth objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide timely financial analysis and commercial insights to the management team.
• Evaluate the financial viability of real estate projects, including project costs, profitability, funding requirements, and return on investment.
• Monitor project-wise budgets, collections, receivables, payables, and fund utilisation.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Oversee the complete accounting function and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain project-wise accounts, cost records, management information systems, and financial dashboards.
