About the Role
We are looking for a Program Advisor who is passionate about guiding learners and professionals in making informed decisions about their education and growth opportunities.

This is primarily a consultative advisory role, where you will understand the learner's goals, provide personalized program recommendations, build meaningful relationships, and support the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their career and education goals.
• Recommend suitable programs based on the learner's requirements and aspirations.




• Build rapport and trust through active listening and personalized guidance.
• Follow up with prospective learners and support them throughout the enrollment journey.
• Maintain accurate lead, conversation, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve the learner journey.
• Stay updated with education and career-development trends.

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, consultation, sales, or a related role.
• EdTech experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative and learner-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to use CRM tools and manage leads/pipelines.
