About Norima

We are Norima, a North American technology consulting firm with over 20 years of experience, helping businesses engage, understand, serve, and manage their clients through technology. We streamline business processes to improve our clients’ bottom lines, strengthen their competitive advantage, and help them engage, understand, manage, and serve customers more effectively. We specialize in banking and wealth management, and insurance transformation, implementations and enhancements. Our team of hundreds of consultants delivers the optimal blend of practical experience, innovative technology talent, and subject matter expertise to their consulting engagements. We are selective about whom we bring onto our high-calibre team, hiring only those who embody and embrace our 3C value system: CHARACTER, COMPETENCE, CONSISTENCY.

Norima Consulting is expanding our Guidewire practice in India — and we're looking for sharp, passionate talent to grow with us. If you live and breathe Guidewire, we'd love to talk. We're hiring across the full stack of the practice.

Why Norima:

You'll work on meaningful Guidewire programs with global clients, alongside a team that values craft, ownership, and genuine collaboration. No politics. No bureaucracy. Just good people doing great work.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer to deliver configuration, integration, and development work across insurance transformation engagements. You will work directly within client environments to implement, extend, and optimise Guidewire's suite of products — helping insurers modernise their core policy, billing, and claims operations.

Guidewire certifications are a solid differentiator for this role and are actively highlighted in how we position our team to clients. Certified developers bring demonstrated platform credibility that accelerates trust, reduces ramp-up time, and strengthens the quality of our delivery. If you hold one or more Guidewire certification
