Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the content design strategy across brand campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Translate business objectives, marketing briefs, and consumer insights into compelling content frameworks, creative narratives, and communication strategies.
• Design end-to-end consumer content journeys across social media, websites, marketplaces, CRM, influencer marketing, retail, and digital campaigns.
• Lead the development of high-impact content for videos, brand films, digital campaigns, product storytelling, social media, creator collaborations, performance marketing creatives, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop platform-first content strategies tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, marketplaces, websites, and emerging digital platforms.
• Create compelling messaging frameworks, content hierarchies, storytelling approaches, and campaign narratives that strengthen brand identity and consumer engagement.
• Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Design, Video, Growth, Social Media, CRM, PR, E- commerce,



and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance content ideation, creative development, personalization, workflow efficiency, and production quality.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, visual storytelling, and content quality across all consumer touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance, content effectiveness, brand engagement, and consumer behaviour, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive experimentation with current storytelling formats, AI-enabled content workflows, emerging platforms, and innovative communication approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support annual brand planning, campaign calendars, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives through consumer-centric content strategies.
