Job Description

Content Distribution

• Develop and execute platform-wise content distribution plans
• Manage publishing across relevant social and digital platforms
• Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule
• Adapt content for different platforms and audience behaviours
• Identify opportunities to extend the life and reach of existing content
• Coordinate distribution of short-form and long-form content

Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day content publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and other relevant channels
• Understand the strengths and content formats of different platforms
• Optimise content for each platform rather than simply reposting identical content everywhere
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends and emerging distribution opportunities
• Maintain a structured publishing and distribution calendar

Content Repurposing & Amplification

• Identify additional distribution opportunities from existing content
• Work with the content team to adapt content into platform-specific formats




• Coordinate the distribution of clips, carousels, articles, videos, posts and other content formats
• Identify opportunities for employee advocacy, collaborations, communities and other forms of organic amplification
• Help extend robust content beyond the platform on which it was originally published

Owned & Earned Distribution

• Support the growth of owned content channels such as newsletters, WhatsApp, Telegram, websites and other relevant platforms
• Identify opportunities for content collaborations and external distribution
• Explore relevant communities, publications, creators and industry platforms
• Support thought leadership and content amplification initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

• Track content performance across platforms
• Monitor reach, impressions, views, engagement, audience growth and other relevant metrics
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Identify which content, formats and pla
