Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Workato, including:
• Recipe development and management
• Connector configuration
• API integrations and automation
• Experience with at least one enterprise integration platform, such as:
• MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or similar
• Robust understanding of integration fundamentals:
• REST and SOAP APIs
• JSON and XML data formats
• Webhooks and event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as:
• CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
• ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• HRMS and other SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of data transformation and mapping concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Preferred Qualifications
• Workato certifications (e.g., Automation Pro / Integration Pro)
• Experience with API management tools (Postman, Swagger, Apigee, etc.)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
