Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at the DMC Cars Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom in Gaya. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, and guiding customers through the complete sales process from inquiry to delivery. The specialist will support showroom promotions,



implement local marketing campaigns, coordinate with the service and insurance teams, and follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, meeting assigned targets, participating in training sessions, and ensuring a professional and welcoming showroom environment. The role requires close collaboration with management and team members to enhance customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.
