About AnarixAnarix is an AI-driven ecommerce marketplace management company headquartered in Houston, TX, with its India team operating as Anarix India Private Limited. We run full-service account management for brands on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify, powered by Jiva, our proprietary analytics and AI platform.

Our clients range from emerging brands to established manufacturers selling as 1P vendors and 3P sellers. We combine hands-on marketplace expertise with data to grow revenue profitably.

Role summaryYou will own a book of Amazon client accounts end to end: advertising, operations, client relationships and growth. This is not a maintenance role. Beyond running accounts well, you will find new product opportunities that help clients expand their catalog and capture untapped demand.

The ideal candidate thinks like a brand owner. You can read an account's data, explain what is happening to a client in plain language, and walk into a review with a researched case for the next product to launch.

Key responsibilities

Amazon account and advertising management

- Plan, launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns; exposure to Amazon DSP is a plus.
- Manage budgets and bids against agreed ACoS, RoAS and TACoS targets, balancing paid and organic growth.
- Run keyword research, search term harvesting, negative keyword hygiene and share-of-voice tracking.
- Own listing health: content, A+ / Brand Store, pricing, Buy Box, inventory and stranded or suppressed listings.
- Monitor account health, catalog issues and cases, and resolve them with Seller Central / Vendor Central support.

Stakeholder engagement and management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from day-to-day contacts up to founders and leadership.
- Run weekly or monthly business reviews with clear performance narratives, root causes and next steps.
- Set expectations, manage escalations and push back with data when a request will hurt performance.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, analytics, catalog, Jiva platform) to deliver on client commitments.

New product opportunity research
- Identify white-space opportunities using category demand, search volume, competitor gaps, reviews and pricing data.
- Size each opportunity: estimated demand, competition, price point, margin after Amazon fees and ad cost.
- Mine customer reviews and Q&A; for unmet needs, variations and bundle ideas.
- Build concise opportunity briefs that recommend which products to launch, in which marketplace, and why.
- Support launches end to end: listing build, launch ad strategy, early review generation and ramp-up tracking.

Book of business ownership
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and own their revenue, profitability and retention outcomes.
- Grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell of services, recent marketplaces and new products.
- Forecast performance, flag risks early and maintain account plans for every client.
- Keep reporting, documentation and client communication current and audit-ready.

Must-have qualifications
- 4+ years managing Amazon accounts on the US and/or EU marketplaces, through Seller Central, Vendor Central or both.
- Hands-on Amazon Ads experience with a track record of improving ACoS, TACoS or RoAS at meaningful spend levels.
- Demonstrated product research experience: you have found, sized and recommended products that went on to launch.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead client calls and present to senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, basic modeling); comfortable working from raw reports.
- Solid understanding of Amazon economics: referral and FBA fees, contribution margin and the impact of ad spend on P&L.;

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work with overlap into US or EU business hours.

Nice to have
- Experience across both US and EU marketplaces, including Pan-EU FBA, VAT and multi-language listings.
- Exposure to Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud or Brand Analytics deep-dives.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace or Shopify alongside Amazon.
- Familiarity with sourcing and supplier conversations (MOQs, landed cost, lead times).
- Agency background managing multiple brands at once.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Looker for self-serve analysis.
