Role Summary

Manage the installation, maintenance, and administration of the Alteryx platform. Provide production support, incident management, and ensure proactive monitoring and vulnerability management.

What Youll Do

- Install, maintain, and administer the Alteryx platform
- Support production environments and monitor workflows
- Manage incidents, ensure communication and resolution as per SLA
- Ensure production applications have monitoring and proactive alerting
- Remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with Alteryx platform administration
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms
- Basic knowledge of Java for workflow automation monitoring
- Experience with incident management
- Experience with vulnerability management

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of Splunk
- Knowledge of AppDynamics
