Job Summary:

- We are looking for experienced Alteryx Administrators / Alteryx Platform Support Engineers to manage and support the Alteryx platform in an enterprise environment. The role involves platform administration, production support, health monitoring, incident/problem management, security coordination, and change/release management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support the Alteryx Server / Alteryx Platform in an enterprise setting.
- Perform platform configuration, user/access management, permissions, and role administration.
- Monitor Alteryx Server health, workflows, services, schedules, and system performance.
- Handle L1/L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management.
- Troubleshoot Alteryx Server, workflow execution, scheduling, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Support security, vulnerability assessment, remediation, and compliance activities.
- Manage and coordinate change, release, patching, and upgrade activities for the Alteryx platform.




- Perform environment readiness checks and support deployment/release activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Participate in RCA for recurring production issues and drive problem resolution.
- Monitor platform capacity, availability, performance, and overall system health.
- Work with vendors/Alteryx support when required for product-related issues.

Mandatory Skills:

- Alteryx Server / Alteryx Platform Administration
- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- Production/Application Platform Support
- Incident & Problem Management
- Alteryx platform health/performance monitoring
- User, access, role and security administration
- Change & Release Management
- Security/Vulnerability coordination
- Troubleshooting and RCA

Preferred Skills:

- Alteryx Server installation, configuration, upgrades and patching
- Alteryx Gallery / Server management
- Windows Server administration
- Database/connectivity troubleshooting
- ITIL processes
- Enterprise production support experience
