Role Summary

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and administration of the Alteryx platform with a focus on production support. Manages incident responses, vulnerability remediation, and platform monitoring across Linux and Windows environments.

What Youll Do

- Install, maintain, and administer the Alteryx platform
- Provide production support for Alteryx applications
- Manage incidents, ensure communication and resolution by SLA
- Remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner
- Monitor workflows and ensure proactive alerting for production applications





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with Alteryx administration and production support
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms
- Basic Java knowledge for workflow automation and monitoring
- Incident management skills
- Experience in vulnerability management

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of Splunk
- Knowledge of AppDynamics
