Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Air Export to support air export operations, documentation, customer coordination, and shipment handling. The candidate should have basic knowledge of air freight processes and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle air export shipments from booking to departure.
- Prepare MAWB, HAWB, shipping bills, and export documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, CHA, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely documentation and movement.
- Assist with AMS / Advance Manifest filings.
- Coordinate with customers and provide shipment updates.
- Assist with air freight quotations and rate coordination.
- Prepare and maintain DSRs and shipment records.
- Ensure compliance with airline and customs procedures.

Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments.
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of MAWB, HAWB, AMS, and export documentation.
- Basic understanding of airline procedures and airport handling.
