Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Import Documentation & Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Air & Sea Import Operations and Documentation, including IGM filing, DO release, ODEX filing, shipment tracking, coordination with agents/customers and airlines/shipping lines, and system-based job and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Import Documentation
- File IGM online for Air and Sea shipments.
- Handle ODEX file submission and entry.
- Coordinate and complete documentation required for shipment clearance and delivery.
- Delivery Order & Shipment Execution
- Coordinate DO release to customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, agents and customers for smooth shipment movement.
- Billing & System Activities
- Raise tax invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform cost booking in the system.
- Handle job opening and job closing activities.
- Coordination




- Maintain regular communication with customers and overseas/local agents.
- Follow up on shipment-related documentation and operational issues.

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹31,500.00 per month
