We're hiring: AI Video Generation Specialist at Chat360

Chat360 is an agentic AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement platform, and we're growing our video capability. We need someone who can take a brief and turn it into a finished video, using AI tools end to end.

What you'll do

- Create client videos (training modules, product explainers, campaign films)
- Generate scenes and avatar-led videos with Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Google Flow
- Use Claude to write scripts, storyboards, and shot-by-shot prompts
- Keep client products, logos, and brand colors accurate in every frame
- Deliver multiple versions per brief: different hooks, languages, lengths, and formats

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in video editing or AI video production
- Hands-on with at least two of: Higgsfield, HeyGen, Google Flow, Runway, Veo
- Robust editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, or similar)
- Structured prompting with Claude or similar LLMs
- An eye for consistency across scenes: same character, same product, same look

Bonus:BFSI or automotive content, basic motion graphics
